This website is operated by 333Lab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 333Lab. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply only to products purchased directly through the Website.

01. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

02. Products and Pricing

Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including the Flame³ series). We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Availability: All products sold through this website are currently available only for customers located in Australia.

03. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

04. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind: Please choose carefully. Due to the specialized nature of 333Lab products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. All sales are final.
Defective Goods: If a product is defective or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@333-lab.com. In accordance with the ACL, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

05. Warranty

333Lab provides a limited 12-month warranty (6 months for batteries) from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover: (a) Physical damage caused by misuse, liquid ingress, impact, or dropping; (b) Natural degradation of surfaces and normal wear and tear; (c) Issues arising from unauthorized repairs, firmware tampering, or hardware modifications.

06. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are currently delivered within Australia only. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address that is accessible by standard shipping carriers.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery and include photo documentation.

07. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of 333Lab and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

08. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
